I’m Jenna and this is the routine I created for myself because every morning I was waking up at the same time as my daughter and feeling a sense of dread set in as I opened my eyes.

I’d think “Why can’t I have any time for myself?!” and this would set the tone for a stressful day that felt like I was always rushed and could not get the things done that I wanted to do.

This morning routine is specifically created for mothers who have differing needs- especially in the mornings when also juggling getting the kids ready as well. This routine is flexible and can be shortened or lengthened based on your needs.

My kids wake up super early, will this still work for me?
